Cancellation and refund policy

We like to keep things simple and fair. Here’s our policy.

Walks:

If we cancel, for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund. Alternatively, we can re-book you on a future walk.

If you cancel 1 or more days before the start of your walk, we will refund you 100%, minus any PayPal and/or Eventbrite processing fees (if relevant). No questions asked. Alternatively, we can re-book you on a future walk.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the walk, or you are a “no-show”, we won’t refund your registration fee.

Walkshops and Workshops:

Our Walkshops and Workshops often involve more planning and overheads. We therefore have a more detailed cancellation and refund policy.

If we cancel, for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund. Alternatively, we can re-book you on a future walkshop or workshop.

If you cancel 30 or more days before the start of the event, you will receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel 15-29 days before the start of the event, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel 8-14 days before the start of the event, you will receive a 25% refund.

If you cancel within 7 days before the start of the event, you won’t receive a refund (but we are happy to try to move you to another date, if we have one planned).
